at guided mess, every piece is made to order with intention. because of this, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
returns
we accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.
to start a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. if your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
exchanges
because each item is made to order, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind. please review our size guide before placing your order.
cancellations
orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. after that time, production may begin and the order can no longer be canceled.
refunds
once your approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
